Virtual International Food Court Booth Submission Form

Consider submitting a recipe for our Virtual Recipe Box page and creating a video (ie cooking demonstration or discussion of the cultural significance of a dish etc.) for our Cultural Expo area in addition to your virtual booth in the International Food Court.

You do not have to complete this form in one sitting. There is an option to “save and continue later” at the bottom of this form. It will create a link you can use to access the form again.

International Food Court Booth Submission Checklist
Each virtual booth in the International Food Court includes these options:

1. Booth name.
2. Availability of take-out/delivery directly from store.
3. Virtual BGIF Watch Party Special (A discounted selection of your choice for Virtual Festival attendees to pick-up and eat while they watch – Optional).
4. A link to your online store.
5. Three other links of your choice (ie website, social media).
6. Photo of your store or past booth.
7. Slideshow with up to five pictures of your food offerings. At least three must represent a foreign culture*.
8. Photo captions describing the cultural significance of the items pictured is preferred but not required. Captions may include purchasing information. Captions may include purchasing information.
9. (optional) The time you would like to live chat on September 26 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., if you would like to do that. The stage will break 12:00 -12:30 to encourage participation.

*Requirement does not apply to Special Interest applicants who have been approved.
