Souvenirs like our Restaurant Discount Card or T-shirts sold at the festival merchandise booth help fund the festival.
Cultural Display, Activity, Food, Merchandise & Special Interest Booths located throughout the park are hosted by community organizations, individuals, professional vendors and businesses. In addition, festival organizers run several booths most of which are located near the fountain. These booths serve to raise funds to support the festival, offer activities and provide information or services to festival goers and participants.
The information booth is staffed with Board members and volunteers to answer questions about the festival. All vendors check in at the information booth.
Volunteer check in and orientation takes place at the volunteer tent located near the Participant Gate across from SKyPAC on College Street.
Located near the parking lot on State Street, the Site Tent oversees the park setup.
Ice is available for sale next to the Site Tent.
Festival volunteers are offered food in the Hospitality Tent adjacent to the Volunteer Tent.
The Diversity, Heritage and World Stages each have a host who introduces and facilitates performers. A tent is provided for performance preparation and selling CDs or other merchandise.
Ambush Sound provides the equipment for each stage and assists performers with all their technical needs.
A discreet, unmarked Dressing Room tent is located against the building behind the World Stage and is close to all three stages. No attendant is on duty.
Each hour on the hour pinata bursts are held near the children’s activity tent. All pinatas are hand sculpted by artist Ronnie Jaggers and are displayed in her Chiseled Features Studio booth until time to break them.
Adults can support the festival as they enjoy a beer at the Beer Garden.
Free Children's Activities
A variety of free make and keep children’s crafts are available throughout the day at the children’s activities tent.
Two Public Gates are located on 6th Street across from the Chamber of Commerce. Restaurant Discount Cards are available at the gates.
Volunteers, booth workers, performers and other participants must enter through the Participant Gate on College Street, across from SKyPAC.
A few booths are reserved for our sponsors to showcase their organizations as well as for food or merchandise that does not conform to the festival’s theme.
