Poster Contest

Draw a poster that celebrates the Bowling Green International Festival! Any media may be used, including computer or web-based programs or apps. All posters will be submitted as photos or digital files.

Students in Grades K-12. All students in South Central Kentucky city, county and private schools as well as homeschooled students are invited to participate. Permission must be granted to post winner’s name, grade, teacher and school on our website and social media.

All posters are due Thursday September 14, 2023 no later than 4:00 p.m. using the online form.

Posters are judged on creativity, artistic ability and theme by staff at the Warren County Attorney’s Office. In addition, a People’s Choice Award will be given to the student in each category whose poster receives the most likes on the festival’s Facebook page between Monday September 18 and Monday September 25, 2023.  Categories are determined upon receipt of entries but there are at minimum two categories: Grades K-8 & Grades 9-12.

Once voting is announced, visit & like our Facebook page. Then go to the albums with entries and choose your favorite in each by liking the image. Support your choice by sharing the link! Voting ends Monday September 25, 2023 at midnight.

All posters will be exhibited on the festival’s Facebook page. 

Winners will be recognized at the Bowling Green International Festival Opening Ceremony beginning at 8:45 a.m. festival day on the Diversity Stage. All judged and People’s Choice Award winners will receive a trophy and be recognized.
