If you would like to be considered for providing sound, stage, or site equipment and/or services, complete the Sound & Site Equipment Bid.

Equipment Bid

Performers should enter through the Participant Gate across from SKyPAC. Parking lot attendants will direct performers where to unload their stage equipment and supplies. Vehicles must be moved to approved parking areas as soon as unloading is complete. Vehicles left unattended in designated loading zones are subject to towing. Performance groups should check in at their stage no less than 20 minutes before performance time.
