As a festival volunteer you’ll be in the heart of the action from helping set up equipment the night before, to being the first face to welcome our thousands of attendees, or painting faces of children in the Children’s Activities area! This is one of the best ways to find out more about our event, support our participants, and earn FREE admission and other perks. Whatever you do, you’ll be an important part in creating a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone at the festival – including yourself!
Volunteer Perks
As a thank you, all volunteers receive: FREE admission to the festival, FREE Foodie Discount Card (10% off participating restaurants year round!), FREE drinks and snacks in our hospitality tent, FREE festival t-shirt (volunteers working 3 or more shifts), discount on festival merchandise.
Organizers
Volunteers who wish to serve in planning the festival have the opportunity to join the Board of Directors or the Community Planners. Planning meetings take place on Zoom or in-person when called. Board meetings take place monthly January – October. Volunteers may also be involved in the planning without attending meetings by contacting us to discuss specific projects or areas of interest.
