Buy a card for $5 at the festival gates or Merchandise Booth (located by the fountain). The Festival is Sept. 28, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Circus Square Park. Admission is only $4 and children under 12 are free. Purchase a Restaurant Discount Card and admission for $7 at the gate to save even more.
