Purchase an inexpensive skull the size you want your meathead to be and wrap it in foil. Use a mixture of Italian deli slices and wrap them on the foil. Cream cheese can be used if they do not stick well on their own.
Next, use olives as eyes, securing them with cream cheese. Then fill the tray with a mix of meats and cheese. Cheese can be cut into tombstones if desired. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
