Confucius Institute at WKU seeks to present the Chinese culture and language throughout the state of Kentucky. They also host a large area packed with displays, demonstrations and activities at BGIF.

Confucius Institute at WKU helps make the Festival possible with its donation. Our cash and in-kind sponsors help cover event costs and make the Festival possible. Remaining expenses are covered by merchandise sales, vendor fees and a small admission price for people over 12 years of age.  The Festival is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit and all funding is put towards future event organization.For more information on Festival funding visit the FAQ section of our website.
