]]> Dr. Angela JonesDr. Angela Jones is the current President of the Board of Directors for the Bowling Green International Festival and has served in that capacity since 2011.
Angela may well be the most recognized face at the Festival as she has run the Information Booth by the fountain since joining the Board in 2006. There she checks in vendors and performers and answers all sorts of questions for the general public and media visitors.

By day Dr. Jones serves the WKU English Department as an Associate Professor and Coordinator of the Internship Program.

In her free time Angela enjoys advocating for animals as a volunteer for border collie rescues and the Warren County Humane Society. In 2011 Dr. Jones also became a Registered Yoga Teacher and co-founded the community studio 4Yoga where she continues to teach.

You can become part of the Bowling Green International Festival by visiting the volunteer section of our website. The Festival takes place September 30 this year from 9am – 6pm.
