Buy a card for $5 at the festival gates or information booth.  The Festival is Sept. 30, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Circus Square Park.  Admission is only $4 and children under 12 are free. Purchase a Restaurant Discount Card and admission for $7 to save even more.
