Sound/Stage Equipment

Check all that you can provide. Sound should be maintained so as not to interfere with other stages and booth areas. Equipment should also be accompanied by adequate cords and other accessories to run equipment and for backup. Stage must be operational by 8:45 am and run until 6pm on festival day.

Bids are accepted year round and will be retained for future reference. You may apply for any portion of our sound and site needs by checking the applicable boxes in each section below. Our festival continues rain or shine unless deemed hazardous by the Board of Directors. Contracted companies are responsible for any items needed to weather proof their equipment. 

The first two parking spaces in each lot are reserved for our staging company.

Applications that are not specific regarding fee requirements will not be considered.
