Specific Duties: Volunteers at the beer booth check ids and sell beer. You must be over 21 and nightclub experience is preferred. Supervisor will keep all money in the cash box. At the top of each hour place deposit in envelope. Write amount on evelope & initial for pickup by Delphine Burton. Do not leave beer or money unattended.

• Set up booth. Tape liquor license and warning to minors on bud trailer where it can be seen.
  
  
• For each sale do the following:
  • Check ID - must be 21 or over.
  • Inform that they can not leave the area marked by white fencing with alcohol.
  • Suggest patrons buy a mug to support the festival.
  • Do not giveaway or discount beer.
    
    
• During busy times or in case of foam, fill pitchers with beer & pour from them.
  
  
• Keep tables squeegied and wiped as often as possible . Keep a rag in a bucket of water with a small amount of bleach.
