We welcome anyone interested to join in the organization of our festival!

We appreciate the efforts of all who make the Bowling Green International Festival possible.

Volunteer commitments range from providing ideas to being actively involved in many projects. Anyone is encouraged to participate at any level of commitment. Volunteers may also be involved in the planning if they do not attend meetings by contacting Executive Director Kim Mason to discuss specific projects or areas of interest at
Planning meetings for 2008 will alternate between restaurants and potlucks at volunteers' houses. Mark you calendar for:
  • Jan. 8, 6:30pm at Kim Mason's
  • February 12, 6:30pm at The Cellar (Square)
  • March 11, 6:30pm at Bread & Bagel
  • April 8, 6:30pm at Anna's Greek Restaurant
  • May 13, 6:30pm at Ronnie Jagger's
  • June 10, 6:30pm at Santa Fe Cattle Co.
  • July 8, 6:30pm at Sakura
  • August 12, 6:30pm at Jean Arnold's
  • September 9, 6:30pm at Susan Morris
  • & wrap up meeting October 14, 6:30pm at Kim Mason's

ALL of the restaurants are on the Bowling Green International Festival Coupon Card so bring your card & get 10% off your order!

For house meetings ice tea will be available so bring a dish to share and any other drink preference for yourself.

There are many exciting plans in the works so come and be part of this exciting event!
