Festival Volunteers

Approximately 250 volunteers are needed festival weekend as well as a few beforehand. Meetings are not required. Everyone welcome whether for one shift festival day or year round! All volunteers receive a free Restaurant Coupon Card and those working 3 shifts or more receive a TShirt.

Board of Directors: Oversee Bowling Green International Festival, Inc. and the Executive Director as well as supervise festival areas, secure sponsorships and determine policies. Current Members: Dr. Angela Jones (Pres.), Dr. Linda Pickle (V. Pres, Sec.), Charles Borders (Treasurer), Kimberly Boswell, Victoria Thompson, Dr. Molly Kerby, Martha Deputy, Franne Jennings
Community Planners: Chair planning committees, supervise festival booths. Current Members: Susan Morris, Jean Arnold, Ronnie Jaggers, Joe Jackson, Delphine Burton, Emma Thomas, Amy Milliken.
Meetings: Planning meetings for 2011 alternate between restaurants and potlucks at volunteers' houses 2nd Tuesdays at 6:30pm.

Volunteers may also be involved in the planning if they do not attend meetings by contacting Executive Director Kim Mason to discuss specific projects or areas of interest at
