I started today with our friends at WNKY on the Bowling Green Today Show. The show airs at 6:30 am on NBC 40 and 9am on CBS 40. Had a great time with guest host Ashlee Wilson and Caleb Chevalier. Radar greeted me but then gave up his seat for one of the festival pinatas by Ronnie Jaggers of Chiseled Features Studio.
In addition to the entertainment, food, merchandise and educational displays, we talked about our poster contest which is now collecting People’s Choice Award votes on our Facebook page. (facebook.com/bginternationalfest) as well as the great deals you get, including reduced admission if you buy our Restaurant Discount Card at the gate.
WNKY CBS & NBC 40 have been major festival sponsors for years. Look for our commercial spot on either station. They also plan to make a stop at the festival to get live footage for next year’s commercial spot and we hear that Radar and Soky will be in attendance for that as well.
