Cary Cady is a visual and performing artist of Cherokee-Omaha and Scots-Irish decent. Growing up among relatives of the Six Nations of the Iroquois, he learned the talents of beadwork, sculpting, stonecarving and dance at an early age. Gary competes in area powwows, often winning in both dance and art. Gary offers workshops and performances in which he shares the history, culture, dance, music and arts of his Indian heritage.
