2011 Sound & Site Equipment Bid & Contract

Bids are accepted year round and will be retained for future reference. You may apply for any portion of our sound and site needs by checking the applicable boxes in each section below. Our festival continues rain or shine unless deemed hazardous by the Board of Directors. Contracted companies are responsible for any items needed to weather proof their equipment.
The first two parking spaces in each lot are reserved for our staging company.
Applications that are not specific regarding fee requirements will be discarded.

The Bowling Green International Festival is a one day event on
September 24, 2011 from 9AM-7PM on Circus Square Park in Bowling Green, Ky.
Expected attendance is from 10,000 - 15,000.

Sound/Stage Equipment | Site Equipment | Additional Equipment | Agreement/Signature


Check all that you can provide. Sound should be maintained so as not to interfere with other stages and booth areas. Equipment should also be accompanied by adequate cords and other accessories to run equipment and for backup.

  • 24' x 20' stage (preferred height 4' or more)
  • CD Player
  • Mixing console (min req: 36 channels, 4 separate monitor mixes; reverb, delay effects)
  • Adequate amplification & speaker system for 40'x60' area
  • 7 Frontline monitors, drum monitor
  • 8-12 microphones & stands (mix of vocal, instrument, drum)
  • 100 ft audio snake
  • DI Boxes
  • Extension cords
  • 2-3 crew members
  • 2 towers to support back drop (banner/flags)

  • 20' x 16' stage (preferred height 4' or more)
  • CD Player
  • Mixing console (min req:16 channels, 4 separate monitor mixes; reverb, delay effects)
  • Adequate amplification & speaker system for 40'x60' area
  • 4 frontline monitors
  • 6-8 microphones & stands (mix of vocal, instrument)
  • 100 ft audio snake
  • DI Boxes
  • Extension cords
  • 2-3 crew members
  • 2 towers to support back drop (banner/flags)

  • 16' x 12' stage (preferred height 2' or less)
  • CD Player
  • Mixing console (minimum requirements:8 channels, 1 monitor mix)
  • Adequate amplification & speaker system for 40'x60' area
  • 4 microphones & stands
  • 100 ft audio snake
  • DI Boxes
  • Extension cords
  • 1-2 crew members
  • 2 towers to support back drop (banner/flags)
