Cultural Display, Activity, Food & Merchandise Booths
Booths are hosted by professional vendors, community organizations, businesses and individuals. In addition, festival organizers run several booths most of which are located near the fountain, they include: merchandise, information, children's activities and passports.

Solicitations or circulation of business, religious or political materials,
information or surveys is only permitted at registered booths.

Authentic Foreign Food: A wide assortment of authentic foreign foods are available at the festival from professional vendors, ethnic restaurants, area organizations and local families.
If you will serve food and your menu includes authentic foreign foods click here (general food booths see special interest booth below). No deadline.
* Food booths must also follow Health Department regulations.

Internationally Themed Merchandise: Our international bazaar features arts and crafts, clothing and a variety of merchandise from around the world.
If you plan to sell merchandise representing foreign culture click here (general merchandise booths see special interest booth below). No deadline.

Cultural Displays & Free Activities: Various organizations, businesses and families provide foreign culture activities and educational exhibits.
If your booth's focus is a foreign culture display or activity based on a foreign culture and no money will change hands except in the form of a donation jar click here (general organizational displays see special interest booth below). No deadline.

Country Passport Tables: Booths representing various foreign countries and regions throughout time are created for our passport program. Pick up your passport at the USA/Passport booth to begin your journey around the world collecting flag stamps.

Special Interest: A limited number of spaces are alotted for booths which do not have a foreign culture theme. These include: favorite festival foods, general merchandise and displays for our sponsors as well as other area businesses and organizations.

ISSS Students: Booths for ISSS students and organizations: ISSS pays the fees for students within their program for any type of booth. If you are a member of ISSS Click here to use this application. All other WKU students and organizations should use the applications above.

ALIVE CCP People Helping People Area: Alive Center "People Helping People area": In 2011 some organizations seeking volunteers can qualify to be in this special area without having to fit our cultural display guidelines. All participants must be nonprofit organizations and fill out this application.


Festival Booths: Organized and run by festival volunteers, the festival booths are created for fundraising, providing information and offering free activities.
Festival Merchandise:
Souvenirs like our Restaurant Discount Card or t-shirts sold at the festival merchandise booth help fund the festival.

Festival Information:
The information booth is staffed with Board members and volunteers to answer questions about the festival. All vendors check in at the information booth.

Free Children's Activities:
A variety of free make and keep children's crafts are available throughout the day at the children's activities tent.

USA/Passports:
Begin your journey around the world at the USA/Passport booth. Pick up your passport book at get your first stamp, the flag of the United States of America.

Pinata Bursts:
Each hour on the hour pinata bursts are held near the children's activity tent. All pinatas are hand sculpted by artist Ronnie Jaggers and are displayed in her Chiseled Features Studio booth until time to break them.

Beer Garden:
Adults can support the festival as they enjoy a beer at the Budweiser trailer.

Volunteers:
Volunteer check in and orientation takes place at the volunteer tent.


All vendors, performers and volunteers should enter the site at the Gate by the large parking lot on the State Street side of the park (top left on this diagram).
